We are currently restricted from operating in NY, NJ, RI, AK, and HI
Step 1: Order your Tests Online
- Search for your test using the search bar or browse by category.
- Add tests to your cart and proceed to checkout.
- Register or log in to complete your order.
- Your lab order will be sent to our Physician Network providers who will authorize and order your tests.
- Follow the instructions for accessing your Lab Order or receiving your Home Test Kit (where applicable).
- You’ll get a confirmation email with all the details
Step 2: Visit A Local Lab
- In most cases, you'll bring a printed copy of your order to a Labcorp or Quest PSC (Patient Service Center).
- Use LabCorp labs for LabCorp orders and Quest Diagnostics labs for Quest orders.
- If you need to print your order, log into your account and access it from your portal.
- Check the preparation instructions for each test before visiting.
- Use our Lab Locator to find a lab near you or schedule an appointment.
Step 3: Get Your Results
- You’ll receive an email when your results are ready.
- Most results are available within 1–2 days; some may take longer.
- Log into your account to view, download, or print your results to your doctor.
